Q. How long do projects take to complete?
A. It really depends on the project and the workload we have at the moment.

Q. What is the process?
A. Once the client establishes contact with our studio, we assign an account executive to your account and he gets in touch with you.  You both then work out the details of the project and the account exec sends you a time frame and a price.  If you like what you see you sign a contract and make a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total price so that we can begin working.  We present the ideas to you (if needed) and you choose what direction you like best. Your account executive stays in touch with you and informs you how things are coming along.  You'll get a chance to do basic revisions and small changes before we slice and code the design.  When we have the design cut and coded we show it to you and prepare it for delivery.  Just before we upload the site to your server you must transfer the remaining 50% of the total amount.  We then send a follow up email to make sure that you're happy with the design.

Q. Do you guys do programming stuff like app development, script integration, CARMA, NATS, CCBill, etc.?
A. Yes we do!

Q. Is my 50% deposit refundable?
A. We're sorry. Once we've begun working, the deposit is non-refundable.
